CD Replication Packaging Options

Artwork Templates and Specifications

Based on your options selection, the following artwork templates are required:

To ensure proper compatibility, please use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator to open the template. If you're using non-standard fonts, either send us the font files, outline the fonts (Illustrator), or rasterize the fonts (Photoshop). Make sure your artwork adheres to the following specifications:

• Resolution: 300 dpi
• Color Mode: CMYK
• Artwork diameter: 116mm
• Inner non-printable area diameter: 23mm

By default, the CD surface will be printed with a layer of white ink. If you prefer a silver background, please note that the mirror band starts at 1.77" (45mm) diameter. While your artwork can extend beyond this boundary, it may intersect with the reflective text from the mirror band.

Lead Time and Shipping

LEAD-TIME for our CD Replication service is approximately 10 business days. If you need your order expedited, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. For urgent orders, consider our 24-hour turnaround CD Duplication service.

We offer various shipping options including ground (1-5 days depending on location), 3-Day, 2-Day, and overnight. We recommend planning ahead and utilizing ground shipping for cost savings.

For your reference, 1,000 bulk CDs weigh approximately 42 lb., divided into two boxes weighing 21 lb. each.

Ordering Process

To place an order for CD replication, follow these steps:

1. Select your preferred packaging option and click the "Shop Online" button.
2. Specify the desired quantity and add the selection to your shopping cart.
3. Complete the checkout process and receive an online invoice via email.
4. Download the artwork template(s) from the "Artwork Template" tab to design your artwork(s).
5. Burn the finished artwork onto a CD and mail it, along with the content master CD, to our address. Alternatively, you can send us the artwork and/or content electronically by sharing with sales@newcyberian.com on your Drop Box or Google Drive. You can also send via file sharing platforms such as WeTransfer, Hightail, or SendSpace.
6. If you choose to send the content electronically, create a disc image in DDP, ISO, Bin/Cue, NERO, Toast, or other compatible formats.
7. If sending the order online, include a copy of the online invoice when mailing us the master.

Quality Assurance and CD Replication Details

New Cyberian Systems guarantees that the replicated CD will be an exact copy of the provided master. Please thoroughly check and test the master before sending it to us. While we prefer a physical disc as the master, if you request us to download and compile an audio CD from audio files (e.g., .wav or .mp3), we will not be liable for any errors.

If you choose to send us the file(s) digitally, please be aware of the potential risk of missing data or data corruption. In such cases, you agree to hold New Cyberian Systems harmless for any losses. We will assist in mitigating the losses, and you agree to compensate us for any additional expenses incurred to rerun the replication job.

Note: Our CD manufacturing prices include the glass master and stamper, film charges, CD replication, and 5-Color (full color) silkscreen/offset printing directly onto the disc. There are no additional charges except for shipping.

Rest assured that our CD replication orders feature professional printing on the CD surface, employing either silkscreen or offset printing. This ensures the same quality as retail CDs found in music stores.
